Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dark place (20±5°C, 65±5% humidity). Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Instructions

1. Preparation & Dilution



  • Recommended Mixing Ratio:

  • Standard Protection (-35°C): 50% SY9 concentrate + 50% deionized water

  • Extreme Cold (-45°C to -52°C): Up to 60% concentrate (see freezing point chart for exact ratios).


  • Dilution Method:

  • Use only high-purity deionized water (conductivity <5 µS/cm).

  • Mix thoroughly before filling the cooling system.


2. Filling the Cooling System


  • Drain old coolant and flush the system if switching from a different type.

  • Fill with the pre-mixed SY9 solution to the recommended level.

  • Bleed air pockets to ensure proper circulation.


3. Maintenance & Replacement


  • Service Interval: Replace every 3 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first.

  • Check Regularly: Monitor coolant level, color, and clarity. If contamination or discoloration occurs, inspect for leaks or system issues.


4. Disposal


  • Dispose of used coolant in accordance with local environmental regulations.

  • Do not pour into drains or soil.
