We recommend using the head section of the cable tie as a sample for calibration, as this offers the best detectability. When calibrating, also consider your specific cleaning processes and maintenance procedures.
- Metal content and antimicrobial properties: The metal content is unchanged from the standard version. The innovation lies in the improved antimicrobial effect - 99 % effectiveness, tested in accordance with ISO 22196.
- Quality control: All cable ties are tested for detectability in series production settings.
